The   partnerships we maintain with manufacturers allows us to provide valvetrain components   that will be lighter, stronger, and maintain reliability to exceed your application's requirements. The intake and exhaust valves in our packages are developed utilizing the latest computerized   finite element analysis and our extensive race experience. We offer the following valve material    options to suit your particular application: stainless steel alloys, nickel based alloys, titanium   alloys, and inconel. All valves receive coating to make the material harder for increased reliability. Valve springs in our valvetrain packages are specifically computer designed to ensure   wire stress levels do not overpass the limits of stress defined in the diagrams of fatigue   for long durability under extreme conditions. We also check valve springs with our tester   to ensure that all valve springs fall into the correct specifications. The titanium retainers   included are manufactured with high quality military grade titanium alloy and CNC   machined for a tight fit to ensure durability and minimize the possibility of failure.
